“This is Humph. Humph isn’t happy… He sees a world where unelected officials are allowed to rampage through parliament, vandalising our greatest institutions, our economy and our liberties. He sees a world where profit is placed above all else, to the detriment of 99% of the population, their environment, and the other living beings they share it with. A world where only the most voracious of psychopaths gain and hold power : a world where selfishness and greed are celebrated and encouraged. But it isn’t this that depresses him most – it is the fact that for a supposedly evolved species, we steadfastly refuse to modify our behaviour and have wilfully carried on repeating the same mistakes over and over and over again for several thousand years, all the time eagerly swallowing the lie that we’ve never had it so good. Is that not the very definition of madness? Humph is mightily discombobulated by this, and I have to say, I agree with him.”    – Misti Leitz
