Dusk – a sculpture made with gold cut-outs that catch the light as the sun begins to set. As the fading light moves across its surface, the gold details reflect a warm glow, giving the piece a luminous quality that echoes the atmosphere of evening.
The cube is made of tile backer board and is mosaiced with vitreous glass tiles and grouted using 3 part epoxy grout. All materials used are frost proof and are suitable for outdoor display. The cube sits on a sturdy painted metal stand.
