The Painting Table with Adele Riley

The painting table is a collaborative sketching and painting session, bringing people together over paint, conversation, nature – and sometimes food!

During this session, the group of participants join in with drawing and painting exercises, led by Adele Riley, as you all move around the table and add to each others work. At the end of the session, you would have created one large piece of communal art, which can be cut up to produce beautiful individual paintings, which can be mounted and displayed.

The Painting Table is a place to ‘simply be’, to unwind, to play and to find a connection with your creativity. It enables the freedom to paint while having no pressure to create a standalone piece of art. The Painting Table is a place of no fear, no comparisons and no pressure!

Anyone of any age at any artistic level can gather around a piece of paper and create a beautiful, organic painting as one of a friendly likeminded group. 

This is a creative session for people who want to have a bit of fun, let go of ideas of perfection and enjoy a collaborative creative process. It is a place to create art and friendships in an inclusive environment.
