Safari may be the ultimate experience for any wildlife enthusiast and overwhelmingly inspiring for a wildlife sculptor, but I still find equal amounts of inspiration for my sculptures from the animals in the garden or surrounding countryside. While I do have favourite animals to sculpt, with birds being amongst them, I enjoy the challenges presented when a new subject captures my attention.
