About The Artist
Liz Tiranti was born in East London, UK in 1969. She studied for a BA in Ceramics and Textiles at the renowned Art School Goldsmiths College, London. She now lives and works in Brighton the cultural capital of the South East of England.
A skilled maker the designs of Liz are playful and inventive. Add that to her use of colour and you have the defining features of her work, ” I want the sculptures, she says, to be harmonious and full of vitality. To fill a space with spirit and optimism and bring these qualities into the everyday environment.
Since 2002 she has run her Inspired Mosaics Studio with a client base that has included educational, commercial and private mosaic commissions. The commission briefs have been responded to with intuition and originality and this shines through in her portfolio of bespoke commissions of decorative architectural projects.
Liz has been focusing on her sculpture portfolio since 2013 and is now exhibiting and selling internationally.
