I collabroated on this piece, “FEMALE TORSO WITH FRED BAIER BASE”, with sculptor, furniture maker and friend, Fred Baier. A wonderful evolution of Female Torso, Fred and I share a studio space so it seemed like a natural fit for us to work together. The relationship between the materials of steel, copper and the two woods upon which the torso sits brings a welcomed new element to the series.
