“There was something about the green barn looming in the dreich foggy gloom that caught my eye, and the way it made everything else give off a slight red/crimson tinge. It looked creepy and slightly sinister lurking amongst the trees.”
I find myself drawn to this odd and unnatural shade of green at the moment. I’m especially enjoying it against the cadmium red and paynes grey that form the palette for this painting.
