A slightly larger than life size blackbird, made out of recycled cutlery, sits proudly atop a C shaped bend of metal.
Can be displayed both indoors and outdoors. Natural weathering will occur over time if displayed outside.
Please note: Each of these birds are made to order, and therefore need a 6 week lead time before they can be sent out to the buyer by the artist. Each piece is individually made by hand from recycled cutlery and therefore there may be slight differences between each piece.

This charming sculpture captures a wren mid-call, its beak open as if filling the air with music. Perched delicately on a geometric base, the bird’s rounded form contrasts beautifully with the clean, angular lines beneath it.
The softly textured surface and gentle colouring give the bird a natural warmth, while the polished bronze base reflects light, adding depth and balance to the composition. The circular opening within the structure introduces a playful sense of space and design, framing light and shadow as part of the piece.
Arrietta celebrates the simple joy of birdsong — a fleeting, everyday moment transformed into a lasting and elegant work of art.

This elegant sculpture captures the poised stillness of a kingfisher, perched lightly as if watching the water below. The smooth, refined form distils the bird to its essential lines, while the rich green patina evokes the iridescent tones of its plumage.
The elongated, flowing base gives the piece a sense of lift and balance, as though the kingfisher could take flight at any moment. Its slender beak and upright posture convey both precision and patience — the quiet focus of a master hunter.

This striking sculpture captures the poised intensity of a cheetah, its head turned as if scanning the horizon. d’Auvergne uses a rugged, expressive surface to suggest the animal’s powerful musculature and the windswept landscapes it inhabits, giving the piece a strong sense of movement and life.
The cheetah’s calm yet focused gaze conveys both elegance and alertness — the quiet concentration of one of nature’s most extraordinary hunters. Emerging from a textured, almost raw form, the head appears to rise naturally from the material, blending strength with grace.

This powerful sculpture captures a snow leopard in motion, its body coiled with strength as it moves forward with silent intensity. The form is alive with texture and energy with the rough, expressive surface a signature of d’Auvergne’s work.
Despite the raw, almost fragmented quality of the material, the grace and balance of the animal are unmistakable. The lowered head, extended paw and flowing tail convey both stealth and momentum, as if the snow leopard is mid-stalk.
With its striking presence and sense of movement, this sculpture celebrates the beauty, power and mystery of the elusive snow leopard, one of the most captivating predators of the wild.
