    Sound Bath

    SATURDAY 15TH AUGUST

    DOORS 6:30 | START 7:30

    £25

    Relax. Unwind. Reconnect.

Join us for a deeply restorative evening of sound healing in the beautiful surroundings of The Cotswold Sculpture Park, performed by Rich and Jo from Soundshine.

Set amongst peaceful woodland, open skies and birdsong, this unique outdoor experience invites you to slow down, let go of the stresses of everyday life and simply be present. As the soothing vibrations of gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments wash over you, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation.

Sound healing has been practised for centuries and is believed to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, encourage mental clarity and promote an overall sense of wellbeing. The gentle vibrations can help quiet a busy mind, allowing both body and mind to rest and restore.

There is something truly special about experiencing a sound bath outdoors. Surrounded by nature, with the rustling of leaves, fresh air and the peaceful setting of the sculpture park, the sounds blend harmoniously with the natural world to create a wonderfully calming and immersive experience.

Whether you’re completely new to sound healing or have attended before, this is an opportunity to pause, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself in one of the Cotswolds’ most tranquil settings.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion and anything else that will help you feel comfortable while lying or sitting during the session.
We look forward to welcoming you for an unforgettable evening of relaxation beneath the trees.

The Sound Bath will take place at 7:30, our gates will be open from 6:30 if you would like to take an hour to explore the park before hand. This is included in your ticket price.

  • Golden Hour Viewing

    Golden Hour Viewing

    Friday 7th August | Friday 4th September

Our Golden Hour View evenings will continue again this year on the FIRST FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH. Come and enjoy the evening sun and bask in the glorious golden hour!

The golden hour is the period of time after the sunsets but before night falls. It is favoured by artists and photographers as the light has a warmer and redder effect, creating a “glow” in the atmosphere.

We want to share the park in this beautiful light with you all!

Our gates will be open from 6pm until 9pm. Pop down and see us after your busy day and unwind in the serenity of the park in the evening light.

Food will be available from the Poppin Tearoom and our pop up bar will be open serving an exciting array of refreshments.

Please be aware that this event may be cancelled due to bad weather. These sessions are an opportunity to see how the park changes in the evening sunshine. If the weather is due to be wet and grey, the magic is lost and the experience will not be as intended. Please keep an eye on the weather and any announcements we may make, to see if the event will still be going ahead on the day.
